Fast DNA Plant Screen PCR

Kit for rapid isolation of genomic DNA from plant material, to be used in PCR. The kit includes 2x PCR Master Mix Plus High GC (Cat # 2005-100G). Sample size: fragment of the plant tissue with a diameter of 2 - 3 mm.
