Description
The principle of Anti-Inhibitor Kit is based on the ability to bound polyphenolic PCR inhibitors by dedicated absorption beads. After the addition of absorption beads to the column the DNA sample is loaded onto the minicolumn. In the next step the minicolumn is centrifuged.
DNA which is contained in the filtrate is free of polyphenolic compounds known as potent inhibitors of many enzymatic reactions.
